New Control Line Event Calendar

Working on login and security for the new self-manages Control Line Event Calendar. There are 3 level of security, SUPR, ADMN and EVTD. I will first issue username and password EVTD (Event Director) secuirty level to all contest director that have been CD's for contest in the central valley area. As EVTD you will be able to Add new events and modify and delete them. You will not be able to add user or change your security level. However, you can change your own password.

Later ADMN or administrator level, you will be able to add additional event categories. You will not be able to add or modify users.

SUPR (Super User) is reserved for myself.
